Recently, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the "Regulations on the Construction and Management of Landscaping Projects", which has made new regulations for the management of matters related to the construction of gardens and plants after the approval of the landscaping qualification has been cancelled.

1. The competent departments of urban and rural construction (garden and greening) of all levels of housing and bidders shall not have the qualifications of bidders with the qualifications of the original urban landscaping enterprise or the general contracting of municipal public works construction issued by the housing urban and rural construction department.

2. The implementation of the project person in charge system for the construction of landscaping projects, the person in charge of the project should have the corresponding on-site management work experience and professional technical capabilities.

3. The bidder and the person in charge of the project shall make public their credit commitments, and the implementation of the credit commitments shall be incorporated into the credit records of the main body of the landscaping market, and shall serve as an important reference for the bidder's qualification review and bid evaluation.
